Due to the digital nature of the membership and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all membership payments are non-refundable.

No Refunds

When you join The Local Authority Method, you gain instant access to digital products, resources, and member-only content. Because these materials can be accessed, downloaded, saved, or copied immediately, we do not offer refunds, whether for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of use
• Failure to access all available content
• Business circumstances changing
• Cancellation after payment has been processed

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. If you choose to cancel:

• Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time remaining in your billing period.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to consider refund requests at our sole discretion. Any decision to provide a refund does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.
